👤Guest Profile & Eligibility
At Parth King Resort Tarapith, we respect the privacy and choices of all our guests. Unmarried couples are warmly welcome to stay with us. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding our guests’ personal information and relationship status. Our dedicated staff ensures that all guests receive equal respect, comfort, and hospitality regardless of their marital status.
What this means for you: You can book a room for two without any hesitation. We provide the same quality service and amenities to all guests.
For safety, legal compliance, and liability reasons, Parth King Resort Tarapith does not permit guests under 18 years of age to stay without adult supervision. This policy is in place to ensure the well-being of all young visitors and to meet local regulations.
Important Note: Minors can stay with their parents or legal guardians. Parents/guardians must be present at all times and assume full responsibility for the minor(s).
Parth King Resort Tarapith does not accommodate groups consisting of only male guests. This policy is implemented to maintain a safe, peaceful, and family-friendly environment for all our guests. We ensure that group bookings maintain a balanced and appropriate mix of guests.
Alternative Options: Family groups, mixed-gender groups, and couples are always welcome. If you have special circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
🚫Property Restrictions & Rules
Parth King Resort Tarapith is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas including rooms, corridors, dining areas, lobbies, and even outdoor spaces like balconies and lawns. This policy ensures a clean, healthy environment for all guests and staff members.
Violation Policy: Any violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a cleaning charge of ₹2,000-5,000 and possible termination of stay without refund.
Private parties, celebrations, or large gatherings are not permitted within guest rooms or the property. We maintain strict noise and disturbance control policies to ensure peaceful rest for all guests. Our tranquil atmosphere is central to the experience we provide.
For Events: If you require event space or wish to host a celebration, please contact our management team directly to discuss special arrangements and available facilities.
Parth King Resort Tarapith has a traditional architecture design with some accessibility limitations. While we strive to accommodate guests with mobility challenges, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss specific accessibility needs and available adaptations.

For security, safety, and privacy reasons, guests are not allowed to invite outside visitors into their rooms. This policy protects all guests and staff members from potential security risks. Our property operates a secure environment with restricted guest access.
Public Meeting Spaces: If you need to meet visitors, you are welcome to use our public areas such as the lobby, gardens, or restaurant facilities (subject to availability).
🐾Pet & Animal Policy
Parth King Resort Tarapith does not allow any pets, animals, or service animals (except certified guide dogs for visually impaired guests) in the property. This includes dogs, cats, birds, and other animals. This policy ensures hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort for all guests who may have allergies or fear of animals.
Exception: Certified service/guide dogs for disabled guests are welcome. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require accommodation for a service animal.
🕐Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards (Subject to room availability). Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability, with possible additional charges.
Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-out until 6:00 PM may be available for ₹500-1000 additional charge, subject to availability. After 6:00 PM will be charged as an additional night.
Tip: Please inform the front desk of your arrival time so we can better manage our operations and potentially accommodate early check-in if possible.
👶Infant & Family Policies
We warmly welcome families with infants! One infant (0-2 years) can stay free without being counted toward the total room occupancy. This allows families to enjoy their stay without additional charges for the baby.
We provide complementary warm milk, hot water, and basic amenities upon request. Cribs and baby-related facilities are available on request (subject to availability).
Family-Friendly Amenities: We offer a calm, peaceful environment suitable for families with young children. Please inform us about any special requirements during booking.

🛏️Extra Bed & Room Occupancy
Yes, we provide extra beds/mattresses for additional adult and child guests. Availability is subject to room capacity and current bookings. We offer comfortable mattresses to ensure quality rest.
Extra Mattress Charges:
• Per Adult: ₹1,200
• Per Child (2-12 years): ₹1,200
Important: These charges apply only if extra beds/mattresses are not already included in your rate plan. Please confirm at check-in. Charges are payable at the property.
Room occupancy limits vary by room type. Standard rooms typically accommodate 2-3 guests maximum, while larger suites may accommodate more. Each room has specific fire safety and comfort occupancy limits that must be followed.
Exceeding the stated occupancy limit is not permitted and may result in additional charges or refusal of check-in. Infants under 2 years are generally not counted toward occupancy limits.

⚖️General Conduct & Amenities
All guests are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior toward staff, other guests, and property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
We reserve the right to ask violating guests to vacate the property immediately without refund. Any property damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
